If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased from Zafferano America, returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery for a refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging and includes all accessories (such as chargers). Email info@zafferanoamerica.com with your order number to initiate a return. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned. Customer will pay all return expenses unless otherwise verified with a customer representative.

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may return the item at no charge for a replacement or a full refund, as long as you report the issue within 4 days after delivery.
